Well the spica came off today at least, but the doc says he thinks I'll struggle at work so signed me off for a further two weeks, saying it will take that long for the sprain to mend itself. I know it's nothing in the grand scheme of things, and really I don't like to moan, but...another TWO weeks off work ( where's the crying emoticon when you need it!!)
